Our Beef & Sweet Potato Curry get its soul-warming flavors from a special blend of turmeric, cumin, coriander, cardamom, nutmeg, and other spices.

We love to serve this curry Southeast-Asian-style over coconut rice with a squeeze of lime, a sprinkle of fresh cilantro or mint, and a dusting of chopped peanuts to make it extra-special, but it’s just as good served over whatever rice you have on hand!

Serving size
Small size makes one generous serving of curry but can stretch to feed 2 people with rice.
Large size makes two generous servings of curry but can stretch to feed 3-4 people with rice.

To heat

• Microwave: remove from packaging and place in microwave-safe dish. Cover and heat on medium-high heat until warmed through (4-6 minutes), stirring at least once halfway through heating. Stir well before serving.

• Stove: remove from packaging and place in a saucepan or pot. Add 1 tablespoon of water per serving, and gently heat over medium heat, stirring often, until warmed through.
