Whole Wheat Pumpkin Yogurt Mini Loaves
Our popular pumpkin muffins from last year are back in mini-loaf form!
Sturdy but tender, these whole wheat pumpkin loaves are lightly sweetened with organic honey and brown sugar. They have a little spice from cinnamon and nutmeg, and organic pumpkin seeds add crunch and texture.
These are filling (and healthy!) enough for breakfast or for an after-school snack.

To heat
Remove from packaging and place on a dish to thaw on your countertop. Depending on the weather, it could take 30 minutes or up to 3 hours.
Pro tip: if you have time, after thawing, toast in an oven or toaster oven at 375 degrees for 2-3 minutes, to crisp up the outside.
Oven/toaster oven: heat at 300 degrees for about 7-10 minutes, until the outside is a little bit crisp.
