German-style Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Bacon, Apples, Cabbage, and Fennel
A German-style dish, this roasted pork tenderloin makes a fantastic autumn or winter meal. We top the pork with bacon before we roast it to keep it moist, then nestle the tenderloin on a bed of organic apples, fennel, garlic, and caraway. A layer of bacon-roasted purple cabbage turns this dish it into a hearty meal.

To heat
For best results, remove frozen contents from packaging and place in cooking dish. Thaw, covered, in the refrigerator, for 12-24 hours before heating. It's not necessary, but it will make reheating faster.
Microwave: Remove frozen contents from packaging and place in microwave-safe dish. Add 1 tablespoon of water. Cover and heat on medium-high heat until warmed through, about 5-8 minutes total (3-5 minutes if already thawed). Stir well before serving.
Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place frozen contents in an oven-safe dish with 2 tablespoon of water. Cover tightly and bake for 30-45 minutes (15-20 if already thawed).
