A cult classic, our take on Pizza Beans includes mild Italian sausage and beautiful, giant Rancho Gordo Royal Corona Beans (seriously, they’re comically large! But so delicious.). They’re cooked with lots of organic veggies in an organic tomato sauce, then topped with melty Italian cheeses for a delicious, hearty evening meal.

Serve with garlic bread for an easy dinner (not included). A side salad might be a nice addition, but there are plenty of vegetables in the dish so you can feel good about not having one if you’re out of time (and/or energy)!

Serving size
Small is 1 generous cup and serves 1 person.
Large is 2 generous cups and serves 2 people.

To heat
We recommend placing the frozen contents in a microwave-safe bowl to thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Once thawed, you can gently reheat in the microwave or transfer to a pot and heat over medium-low heat on the stovetop.
But if you can’t do that (let’s be honest, we rarely plan that far ahead):
Microwave: Place the frozen contents in a microwave-safe bowl and cover. Use the defrost setting for 4-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until warmed through.
Stovetop: Place the frozen contents in a small pot or pan with a few tablespoons of water. Cover and heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until warmed through (about 5-10 minutes).
