Coconut and Lime Braised Beef
We braise beautifully marbled, boneless beef in coconut milk, ginger, and lime until it’s falling-apart tender. This flavorful and savory dish can be served over steamed rice (we like coconut rice) or with lettuce cups for a simple and filling dinner. Garnish with sliced green onions and cilantro, if you have them around!
FYI: This dish has umami-packed fish sauce in it so it’s on the salty side.
Serving size
Small size is one generous serving.
Large size is two generous servings or 3 small servings.
To heat
Microwave: remove from packaging and place in microwave-safe dish. Cover and heat on medium-high heat until warmed through (4-6 minutes), stirring at least once halfway through heating. Stir well before serving.
Stove: remove from packaging and place in a saucepan or pot. Add 1 tablespoon of water per serving, and gently heat over medium heat, stirring often, until warmed through.
