Steel cut oats make an amazing breakfast, but who has time to make them on busy mornings? We’d rather get a few extra minutes of sleep. Keep Alameda Homemade’s frozen steel cut oats in your freezer to make mornings easier and healthier. They also make excellent snacks and are a great way to satisfy a sweet tooth.

We combine organic oats, dairy, and a touch of brown sugar for a delicious base. Then we add seasonal flavors made from farmers’ market produce to turn them into a hearty, filling bowl full of flavor.

We currently offer Brown Sugar & Cinnamon and Apple Pie. Our flavors change seasonally, so check back for more options!

Serving size
Each package is enough for 1 large serving or 2 small servings.

To heat
Microwave: Place the frozen contents in a microwave-safe bowl and cover. Heat for 3 minutes on high, then stir. Add milk or water to thin the oatmeal to your desired consistency, then microwave for 30 seconds at a time until warmed through. If needed, adjust liquid and add your favorite sweetener to taste.
Stovetop: Place the frozen contents in a small pot or pan with a few tablespoons of water. Heat over medium, stirring occasionally, until warmed through (about 5-10 minutes). Add more water or some milk if needed. You may also wish to add your favorite sweetener to make it a bit sweeter.
