Black Bean Soup (vegan)
We gently simmer Rancho Gordo Midnight Black Beans with aromatics, then add Burlap & Barrel Wild Mountain Cumin, 4 different kinds of peppers, fresh citrus juice, and other spices to create a flavorful vegan soup with a hint of spice.
Garnish with avocado, cilantro, crema, queso fresco, or tortilla chip crumbles. Or turn it into chicken soup with our Braised Chipotle Chicken or Sous Vide Organic Chicken!
Serving size
Small size is one serving.
Large size is two servings.
To heat
Microwave: remove from packaging and place in microwave-safe dish. Cover and heat on medium-high heat until warmed through (4-6 minutes), stirring at least once halfway through heating. Stir well before serving.
Stove: remove from packaging and place in a saucepan or pot. Add 1 tablespoon of water per serving, and gently heat over medium heat, stirring often, until warmed through.
