Braised Chickpeas with Tuscan Kale and Breadcrumbs (vegan)
This dish will satisfy vegans and carnivores alike! Hearty Rancho Gordo chickpeas and healthy organic Tuscan kale come together in a tomato-based sauce. We send them to you with delicious smoky, crunchy breadcrumbs, but you can leave them off to make this dish gluten-free.
We love to serve this dish over rice or with our favorite naan. Add sous vide chicken to satisfy meat-eaters.

Serving Size
Small is 1 - 2 side servings (can stretch when served with flatbread or rice)
Large is 2 hearty main course servings or 3-4 smaller servings (can stretch when served with flatbread or rice)
To heat
Microwave: remove contents from packaging and place in a microwave-safe dish. Cover and heat on medium-high heat until warmed through (4-6 minutes), stirring at least once halfway through heating. Top with breadcrumbs, if using.
Stove: remove from packaging and place in a saucepan or pot with 1 tablespoon of water per serving, and gently heat over medium heat, stirring often, until warmed through. Add more water if needed. Top with breadcrumbs, if using.
