This classic Spanish sauce is a terrific way to add a gourmet touch to your summer meals. Grilled or roasted meats, fish, and veggies are even more delicious with a dollop of this complex sauce. Add it to sandwiches (try it on a breakfast sandwich!), roasted potatoes, or in a creamy soup.

It has nuttiness from almonds, brightness from vinegar, fruitiness and acidity from tomatoes, sweetness from roasted peppers, smokiness from charred Semifreddi’s bread, and finishes with a slight kick.

Serving size
Large is 1 cup
Small is 1/2 cup

To thaw
Fridge: Remove from packaging and place in a small bowl. Cover and let thaw in the fridge overnight. Stir well before serving.
Countertop: Remove from packaging and place in a small bowl. Cover and let thaw on the counter for few hours. Stir well before serving.
Microwave: Remove from packaging and place in a small, microwave-safe bowl. Use the defrost setting for 90 seconds, then continue to heat in 30 second increments, stirring often. Stir well before serving.
