Cider-Braised Lentils with Roasted Peppers
We braise organic French lentils, shallots, and roasted bell peppers in apple cider, making this one hearty dish. Warm up and enjoy a bowlful as is, or serve alongside sausages, roasted chicken, mixed greens, or add a poached egg.

Serving size

To heat
Microwave: remove from packaging and place in microwave-safe dish. Cover and heat on medium-high heat until warmed through (4-6 minutes), stirring at least once halfway through heating. Stir well before serving.
Stove: remove from packaging and place in a saucepan or pot. Add 1 tablespoon of water per serving, and gently heat over medium heat, stirring often, until warmed through.
