Maple & Ancho-Roasted Delicata Squash
This is one of those dishes that just keeps getting better as you eat it. We can’t get enough of the spicy/sweet combo of organic maple syrup and fragrant ancho chile. Caramelized edges add an addictive texture to the creamy squash. It’s a fantastic side dish for roasted chicken, pork, or beef. Top it with pomegranate arils and toasted nuts to take it up a notch.
Serving size
Small size is one generous cup and serves 1-2 people as a side.
To heat
Microwave: Remove frozen contents from packaging and place in microwave-safe dish. Cover and heat on medium-high heat until warmed through, stirring at least once halfway through heating (about 4-8 minutes total). Stir well before serving.
Stove: place frozen contents in a saucepan with 1 tablespoon of water and gently heat over medium heat until warmed through. Add more water, if needed.
