Mushroom, Spinach, and Cheddar Brunch Biscuit Mini Loaf
Mushroom, Spinach, and Cheddar Brunch Biscuit Mini Loaf
Our popular breakfast biscuits are back, but in mini-loaf form! One loaf is good for a hungry adult, or two people when served with eggs or another option. (photo is our sausage version for reference, until we get a photo of the vegetarian version!)
These soft, savory breakfast loaves are a favorite in our households, from toddler to adults. They go great with a fried egg, but are just as delicious on their own when you’re running out the door or an after-school snack. They’re the perfect thing to have on hand when out-of-town family is visiting.
Also available in a version with breakfast sausage & chives.
Serving size
1 mini loaf serves 1-2 people
To heat
We recommend thawing overnight on the counter or in the refrigerator, then warming it under a low broiler for 2-3 minutes.
But if you don’t have time to thaw in advance:
Microwave: remove from packaging and place in microwave-safe dish. Microwave on medium/high for 3-4 minutes, and if you have time, crisp under a broiler for 1-2 minutes.
Oven/toaster oven: preheat oven to 300 and cook for about 12-15 minutes, or until warmed through.
